Abhyanga

Sarvanga Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves the application of warm oil to the entire body. The term “sarvanga” means “whole body,” and “Abhyanga” refers to the therapeutic oil massage that is a central part of this treatment. This therapy is designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and enhance overall health and well-being.
 

During the treatment, warm oil is applied to the entire body, starting at the head and working down to the feet. The oil is massaged onto the skin using a variety of techniques, including circular motions, long strokes, and tapping movements.

Janu basti

Janu Basti is one of the most popular and effective Ayurvedic therapies for acute or chronic knee pain. Janu refers to knees and Basti stands for container or retaining something inside mainly the medicated oil.
